Refund Eligibility
1. Refunds will be considered only if there is a clear and visible deficiency in the services provided by TATIC Consulting.
2. Refunds will not be applicable for a change of mind after payment, provided no fault or deficiency exists in the services rendered.
3. Refund requests cannot be entertained once the completed work has been shared with you. However, the amount paid can be applied towards alternative services of equal value within TATIC Consulting.
4. Refunds will not be valid for requests made 7 days after the completion of the service and its communication to you.

Refund Process
•Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days and credited to the original payment source. We ensure the process is handled with care and efficiency.
